PF Consultants in Bangalore
Our provident fund consultants take care of your EPF compliance end to end, from registration, UAN and KYC to monthly ECR filing, transfers and EPFO inspections, so contributions are right, on time and backed by records.
Provident fund compliance without the follow-ups
The Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 applies to establishments with 20 or more employees, and many smaller companies join voluntarily. Every month, employer and employee contributions must be calculated on the right wages, the electronic challan cum return (ECR) filed and the payment made by the 15th. Each new joiner needs a UAN with complete KYC, and every exit needs its PF settled or transferred.
Small errors in this cycle become expensive. Late payments carry interest at 12% a year under Section 7Q and damages under Section 14B. Contributions on the wrong wage base surface years later as demand notices. Employees with mismatched KYC cannot withdraw or transfer their PF, and their frustration lands with your HR team.
Nhancesmart's PF consultants in Bangalore run your provident fund compliance as part of a complete statutory service. We register establishments, generate UANs, complete KYC, compute contributions from Attendenz attendance and payroll data, file ECRs, make payments on time and resolve employee PF queries. When EPFO sends a notice or inspects, we prepare the records and represent you.

Employee PF queries, transfers and withdrawals are resolved, and EPFO notices or inspections are handled for you.
PF mistakes we fix most often
When we take over PF compliance, these are the issues we find most often:
- Contributions calculated on basic pay alone when other allowances should be included
- New joiners without a UAN or with incomplete KYC, blocking their claims
- ECRs filed late or with headcount that doesn't match payroll
- International workers or contract staff left out of coverage
- Exits not marked on the portal, so former employees can't withdraw or transfer
PF and the new Labour Codes
Under the Code on Wages and the Code on Social Security, wages for calculating PF must make up at least 50% of total remuneration; excluded allowances above that limit are added back. For companies with low basic pay and high allowances, PF contributions and take-home pay change. We model the impact on your payroll before you restructure, so the change is planned rather than forced.
